PROJECTS

Showcasing our experience in custom component design and advanced vehicle development across the mobility sector.

Charge-air cooler

A critical component in modern day turbocharged engines is the charge-air cooling system, designed to reduce the intake air temperature by ~100°C from the turbo compressor to the combustion chamber with as minimal a pressure drop as possible.

Heat rejection technology is continuously evolving with increasing energy density of automobiles, and we have worked with clients to integrate and optimise this component into a variety of vehicles.

We utilise computation fluid dynamic simulation tools to optimise the geometry of this component followed by collaboration with test facilities to validate the performance of the system.
